Great customer service poor quality glass

First one I received the base was cracked so they sent a replacement. The replacement also had a crack in the base but it was very small. The slide hole on the replacement was very loose fitting , it had warped areas of glass and instead of a pulsar opal bottom banger that was advertised they sent it with a generic banger with both rigs.
