Each of our awesome vendors are vetted for their reliability with a thorough audit and we handle all customer service inquiries on their behalf. Every product page shows where the item will ship from with real-time fulfillment and shipping estimates.
We update product pages with fulfillment times based on data collected from the most recent 30-days of orders sent to each vendor. Just like every order placed on CaliConnected in the past, we still handle all customer service issues and returns on behalf of our vendors. The “ships from” information is simply listed for complete transparency!

CaliConnected still ships orders from our own warehouses and uses fulfillment centers throughout the country, however, the evolution of our Marketplace allows us to offer thousands of additional in-stock products without the need to shop from multiple websites!
Below is an outline of the various “ships from” locations that you may encounter on product pages throughout CaliConnected. The marketplace structure allows for orders to be sent to many different warehouses throughout the country that operate independently from one another, so orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Likewise, orders may be rerouted to a different warehouse without notice for geographical, inventory, carrier, and/or legal restrictions.

Marketplace Returns
All returns are managed by CaliConnected, regardless of shipping location. If something in your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or perhaps you just changed your mind, we are always happy to accept returns and accommodate exchanges. We cover any associated shipping costs with your return and accept all unused & unopened products for up to 10 days after the delivery date of your order.
