Step 1: Sign In

Head over to CaliConnected.com and click the My account button at the top right to sign in. This will give you access to your account & membership details. You can create an account on CaliConnected or log in through any of our social logins. (Don't forget to use the same email address that you used to purchase your membership)

Step 2: Shop

Once you’re logged in, your account unlocks best-in-class pricing! You’ll see the entire store adapt to your membership and discount 5% off every product. Any active promo codes or ongoing deals will be automatically combined with your 5% discount inside your shopping cart.

Step 3: Manage

Manage your membership, view orders, edit addresses, check upcoming renewal dates, and more directly in your account page! Click My Account > My Orders > Manage Membership to access and view all details of your CaliConnected+ Membership.

Fulfillment time is not included in our 3-day shipping guarantee, however, most items are shipped and out the door within 1 business day. CaliConnected is a smoke shop marketplace that allows approved retailers to resell their products on our website and we update product pages with fulfillment times based on data collected from the most recent 30-days of orders sent to each vendor. You can view the current fulfillment time and shipping location for any product just below the add to cart button (see image below).

If your package doesn't make it to your doorstep in 3 business days after the time it’s fulfilled, we provide a $10 gift card for the delay. We will also issue a gift card for fulfillment delays that exceed the estimated fulfillment time displayed on the product page.

Yes, you can cancel your CaliConnected+ Membership at any time for any reason! Canceling your annual subscription will keep your membership active through the end of the year unless you request a refund. If you cancel within 30 days of signing up and have not used any of your benefits, you will be eligible for a full refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time and receive a full refund minus a 5% difference for each order placed with membership discount applied and applicable shipping fees that were waived. If you cancel before using any membership benefits, you will be eligible for a full refund. If this total exceeds the cost of membership, your subscription is no longer eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after 30 days of signing up will be refunded in the form of store credit.

To cancel an active CaliConnected+ subscription, please reach out to our Customer Care team via email at info@caliconnected.com, and a member from our team will assist you immediately. Please refer to our Membership and Subscription Policy to determine if your cancellation is eligible for a refund.
