Price Match Policy 🏷️

With our Price Match Guarantee, getting your favorite smoking accessories at the best price available is as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Make sure your price match request meets the requirements outlined below.
  2. Fill out the form located on the product page for the item you intend to match.
  3. Check your email and use the provided discount code within two weeks at checkout and enjoy the best prices online for premium smoking accessories!

Step 1 - Price Match Requirements:

In order for a product to be eligible for a price match request, the item:

    • Must be the exact same product.
    • Should be in stock and available. 
    • Should be from a reputable, key competitor.*
    • Should be from an authorized dealer. 
    • Should be sold & shipped from North America.
    • Must not be from 3rd party resellers, including Amazon & eBay. 
    • Must not be from any wholesale websites (including DHgate).

What’s not eligible:

    • Websites where mandatory fees and/or shipping prices make the cost of the product far exceed the cost of buying it from CaliConnected.
    • Websites with outdated/incorrect MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price).
    • Websites with missing/incorrect MAP (Minimum Advertised Price set by the manufacturer).
    • Websites outside of key online competitors.*
    • Deep discounts from new stores.
    • Liquidation sales from stores going out of business.
    • Deep discounts offered during a special sales event.
    • Liquidation sales from stores clearing out excess inventory.
    • Products shipped from or sold by third-party retailers, including Amazon and/or eBay. 
    • Any financing offers, auction items, bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out-of-stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, or gift card offers.

You may still submit a price match request if a product does not meet any or all of the requirements listed above; however, management reserves the right to adjust your offer to the best available price we can offer or deny the price match altogether. 

*Hint: We know our key competitors. If we never heard of the website before your price match offer, odds are you haven’t either. Submissions can still be submitted, but discounts are not guaranteed.

Step 2 - How to Submit a Price Match Request

Our Price Match Guarantee is available on every individual product page, and the form can be accessed by clicking on the hammer icon that reads “Price Match Guarantee” found below the Add to Cart button. Doing so will bring you to the submission form. Fill in all the required information on the form to submit your price match request.

Price Match Instructions

You will be notified by email if your price match has been accepted and provided with a unique one-time use discount code. Most requests are answered within normal operating hours, but due to the timely nature of these requests, management may respond on weekends and after hours. Getting your new piece from the best online head shop has never been easier!

Step 3 - Use your Price Match Discount Code

You will be sent a unique one-time use discount code via email if your price match has been accepted. Click the link that reads “Complete your purchase!” in the email and the price match discount code will automatically be applied to your shopping cart at checkout.

Price Match Offer Accepted Email

Discount codes are valid for two weeks after eligible offers are accepted. If our item is out of stock and/or you intend to save the price match code for later use, just reach out using any of the methods found on our Contact Us page, and we will honor the discount if the price match is still applicable at that time.

Our Price Match Guarantee covers one price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-taxed price available to all customers. 

Please note: You may use multiple promo codes at checkout for different products, but we do not allow coupon stacking. Coupon stacking refers to applying more than one discount code to the same product. Your cart will always use the highest percentage discount code provided for each eligible item (i.e. if we are running a sale that exceeds the discount amount you are requesting, we advise you just use the current promotional offer instead).

If you happen to find a lower price for a product you already purchased, simply reach out to us within 14 days of your order date, and we will be happy to honor the difference in the form of store credit.

Price Match discount codes expire two weeks after they are generated. If our item is out of stock and/or you intend to save the price match code for later use, just reach out using any of the methods found on our Contact Us page and we will honor the discount if the price match is still applicable at that time.
