Cali connected was very helpful my package got lost in NC with the hurricane and they helped me out with quick reply s back. The pulsar duplocate h20 I wasn't to impressed with I tried 3 different carts and they would would work great for a few pulls then would show that no carts were inserted then you have to unscrew them and re insert them a few times and start over. I ended up getting a different vape to use. Other than it having a hard time recognizeing carts it's a cool unit.

This broke within 3 weeks. I went to claim warranty from Pulsar but never heard back from the beside the initial warranty claim email. The base heater just pulled out and the wires broke on one side. I imagine all Pulsar branded items are cheaply made like this I suggest staying away from this garbage.
