CC Distributions is a location nickname we established for products held at our 3rd party logistics facilities. Our 3PL partner helps us quickly fulfill orders, and inventory is still fully managed by CaliConnected. Items shipping from CC Distributions will typically ship from the fulfillment center closest to the shipping address. Purchasing from CC Distributions is the same thing as buying a product that “Ships from CaliConnected,” with the only differences being the location where it is fulfilled, the packer is not a CaliConnected employee, and a slightly slower fulfillment time.

Returns
All returns are managed by CaliConnected, regardless of shipping location. If something in your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or perhaps you just changed your mind, we are always happy to accept returns and accommodate exchanges. We cover any associated shipping costs with your return and accept all unused & unopened products for up to 10 days after the delivery date of your order.
