This unique adjustable downstem from Grav can extend anywhere from 4" to 6" inches in length and is compatible with any 18mm joint beaker bong or straight-based water pipe with a 45° joint angle. It’s an 18mm-to-14mm replacement downstem meaning it will fit within an 18mm water pipe joint while providing a 14mm female at the top for your bowls and accessories. The Grav Adjustable Downstem features a tri-cut showerhead diffuser that expertly filters your smoke through water, and the two halves of the downstem are held together by a custom fitted segment of heat shrink tubing.
