The glass bowl on the pipe arrived broken, when I contacted customer care they immediately shipped me a new one for free. Great customer service but it looks like the pipe was sent broken. It was missing a piece of glass that had chipped off and I couldn’t find the piece in the box. Kinda weird, but I’m glad they sent a new bowl.
