Canceling a Subscription:

You can cancel your subscription at any time and receive a full refund minus a 5% difference for each order placed with membership discount applied and applicable shipping fees that were waived. If this total exceeds the cost of membership, your subscription is no longer eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after 30 days of signing up will be refunded in the form of store credit. Membership fee is charged annually on the date you signed up unless canceled. Canceling your annual subscription will keep your membership active through the end of the year unless you request a refund.

Billing for Subscriptions:

By purchasing an annual subscription membership, you agree to pay the listed price on a recurring basis to be charged once per year on the date you started your membership. CaliConnected will automatically bill your credit card provided during the initial purchase for the listed amount each year. Subscriptions purchased as gifts can be refunded or canceled with the same subscription cancellation policy listed above. 

If any fee cannot be charged to your credit card for any reason, we may provide you, via email, notice of such non-payment and a link for you to update your payment information. If such non-payment is not remedied within 7 days after receiving notice of non-payment, then we may terminate your subscription. Membership perks will not be accessible if your account is in this unpaid status. 

Modification of Subscription Prices/Plans:

Prices for our subscription membership are subject to change with notice. Customers with active subscriptions will be given notice of any price changes to their recurring payment amount at least 30 days in advance of any applicable changes. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue CaliConnected Plus (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

In the event that a subscription product is discontinued, all active subscribers will be notified of the discontinuation and their recurring payments will cease. In addition, any customers that purchased a pre-paid annual subscription will be refunded for the portion of remaining months left on the subscription if the membership perks are no longer accessible as a result of discontinuation of services.
