I ordered the 8" round bottom and 12" beaker bottom pieces. The box was well packed and labeled with a fragile sticker. Items arrived in flawless condition. Thick glass and a very nice bowl/downstem setup for a stock setup. Unfortunately both boxes were missing the cleaning plugs. Regardless they both work well and bubble quietly which was a surprise. Guessing that's due to the thicker glass. The glow-in-the-dark is a nice touch, the phosphor coating works well.
