--------------------------- We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 14 days following receipt of your order. If you happened to change your mind, simply send back the products to us for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee & shipping costs). If a product arrives broken or damaged, be sure to send a timely email with detailed pictures to email@example.com. Our warehouse team tries their best to avoid this altogether, but it will happen on occasion with fragile products. A sales representative can then work with you to find a suitable replacement. Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). For this reason, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer's warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty return policy.
